NOVEMBER is Orphan Awareness Month!

NOVEMBER 24th, 2 PM - Informational meeting with Lifeline Children's Services.  Location for the event is GraceLife Church, 537B Clemson Rd., Columbia, SC 29229.  Contact us for registration information.

Christmas Sponsors - Would you like to sponsor a foster child for Christmas?  Let us know and we will get the child's information to you.  What a practical and fun way to show the love of Christ!

Prayer Team - If you have a burden to pray for the foster care community, let us know and we will add you to an email list so that you can receive monthly updated requests.  

Local Church Partnerships - TFI is looking for local churches that will partner with us in meeting needs such as these listed here.  Contact us if you'd like to discuss this possibility!

Teen Clothing Needs - The Richland County DSS is in need of bras and panties for teenage girls, and underwear for teenage boys.  As well as stylish, good condition clothes for teens.  All sizes are needed.  Could your group or church sponsor a drive to collect these items?  

Childcare Volunteers - The Richland County Foster Parent Association is in need of adults to serve the children during their monthly meetings.  This will require a one-time hour long training and 2-3 hours of volunteer time once a month.  A great way to love on some precious kids!

Bair Foundation - This Christian foster care agency has been in Columbia for one year and is looking to build it's number of foster families and respite parents.  To learn more about Bair and this opportunity, please email kmcelroy@bair.org, and mention that TFI sent you. :)
